I think it is unlikely that this was due to the type of sex you described. It is highly likely that the bump was already there and that you have just noticed it coincidentally.
However either way for peace of mind I would suggest getting it checked out by a doctor. If you don't wish to discuss it with your GP you can go to a sexual health clinic.
