I have been with the same partner for over a year now. About a month into our relationship I went on birth control. When I was at the doctor to go on birth control I was also tested for any std's and I had none. Just recently I went in for my anual pap smear and it came back posotive for clamydia. Neither myself or my partner have been with anyone else since I was last tested a year ago, how did I get clamydia? Is there any explaination for it other than that he has been with someone else and didn't tell me?
