Hello. for the past 2 days i've notice that i have a good amount of very tiny red dots on the head of my penis, about the size of this period(.)when i rub on it.. it gets flaky, like i'm rubing off a thin layer of skin, but it does not hurt in any way. also i have a small bobble on the tip of the head.. it only shows when i'm sexually active. and it does not hurt in any way as well...normally i use Lubriderm to masterbate.. am not circumsized either.. i would appreciate any info. thanks alot
