If you tested for std's 1 month into your relationship and I am assuming you were already having sex with him. Definetaly, he has been with someone else. I also know you don't have to have sexual intercourse to catch it. You can catch it thru oral sex. We all know that some men think that is not having sex and maybe that is why he has stated he has not been with anyone else "sexually". It's March 12th and hopefully you figured out his not good enough for you. Good luck!
