Friends, I am having burning sensation around my pennis and the skin around it, though this is not continious but it is coming very frequently. Also my legs finger tips are also having tinzy feeling as if some one is pulling my nerves. Is this due to vitamin deficiency or I got any sex related disease. Please tell me.
