Hi Krish, Thanks for your query. I can't comment on the sensations in your fingers and legs except to say that there is nothing to suggest it might be related to any sexually transmitted infection. About the burning feeling in your penis, if you are or have been sexually active, the burning could be caused by an infection. I'd strongly suggest you have a check up in a sexual health clinic where you can be given a diagnosis, treatment, information and reassurance. Hoping you get it sorted, Rob
