I recently got clamydia from my partner of 3 years. The doctor told me that the only way you can get it is throgh sexual intercourse in the vagina, anus, or mouth. So I think you need to investigate your patner's fidelity further. Because if you didn't cheat...they did. Mine won't admit it either. Good luck and I'm sorry for being so blunt, but you can't trust anyone 100%.
