Dear Anna It is possible for men to have thrush/yeast infections on the penis which can cause itching. Men can also have an allergic reaction to their partners thrush which would result in itching and/or a rash on the penis. Either way this is a minor condition and very easy to treat. If you or he are concerned about a possible infection I would advice you to have a screen at your local GU clinic.
