I have been sexually active with a partner I know does not have any kind of STD or STI, but I am worried because I noticed a little bit of itching down there, and when I touched it to check it out, it burned. It was a very very small red bump that burned and next to it a little rash that also burned. It is only this specific area that hurts so it doesn't cause discomfort unless touched. COuld this be an infection or STD and should I stop having sex because of it? How can I get rid of it?
