Well I have herpes and my symptoms are a little different to yours i have small lumps appear down below which are incredibly itchy and the pain that i get when i wee is more of a stinging when the lumps get wet (if you know what i mean) anyways if i was you i'd get checked out at least it'll put your mind at rest.
