Your spots and scabs sound really painful. Even if we did give diagnoses over the net (WHICH WE DON'T), it would be imposssible to say what you've got, with any certainty. If you don't have suffient confidence in the only doctor available to you, and he has done all he or she can, then wait till your back home where you have a few more options. Geting to a sexual health clinic would be your best option. Form what you said, you should be back from your 'remote location' in the next few days. Hope all goes well.
