Dear Rob, I really do not think that you have anything to be worried about though i appreciate that guilt and remorse can magnify any fears or concerns. From what you describe (protected oral sex), there's little or no chance of any infection having been passed on. Consequently, I wouldn't expect you to experience any symptoms. Oral sex without protection can be a means of acquiring infections but nothing for you to worry about at the moment. Rob
