Dear Tony, If, as you say, you had protected penetrative sex throughout you encounter, you are not at serious risk of contacting an STI. I wouldn't have thought a visit to a sexual health clinic neccessary. On the whole, sex workers in Europe tend to be quite careful about their own health and would usually insist that condoms be used for oral, anal, or vaginal penetrative sex. Rob
