A client who attends your clinic is known to be HIV positive. He has informed you that it is his intention to infect as many people as possible. You have good reason to believe that he means it. You face the dilemma of what to do about it as your senior colleague does not take this threat seriously. The fact that this patient is a nurse, working in the local Intensive Care Unit, plays heavy on your mind.
