As his school nurse a fifteen-year-old asks for your advice about safer sex.    During discussion he reveals that although he is attracted to girls is he is more attracted to members of his own sex and has recently been approached by an older male who has suggested that they begin a sexual relationship.  He is unsure about his own feelings and asks for your help. In further conversation you discover that this man is his Scout leader.
